- What you send in the form: name, email, phone number and, if you add them, a property address and notes.
- How you found us: the page you used and any campaign tags in the link (for example, the ad or email that sent you).
- Technical data: your IP address is used for a short time to block repeated or automated submissions. It is not saved with your details. Our hosting and security providers may keep standard server logs.
- Spam check: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy policy.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Cloudflare, which protects the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots.
2. How we use it
- To contact you about your property by phone, text message or email.
- To keep a record of your request and our conversations with you.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and manage contacts, such as our hosting and database provider, our security provider (Cloudflare) and our customer management tools. - Stop contact: reply STOP to a text, or tell us in reply to any email or call.
- Access, correction or deletion: ask us in reply to any message we send you, and we will act on it.

6. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the stored information is limited. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
This site is not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date.
