These Terms & Conditions apply to this website, its forms and any content Kleer Stays controls (the "Site"). "Kleer Stays," "we," "us" and "our" mean the business that operates the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Real estate and short-term rentals involve risk, including loss of capital. Nothing on the Site guarantees any revenue, occupancy, nightly rate, appreciation, tax result or timeline.
4. Your details and how we contact you
When you send the form, you give us your name, email, phone number and, if you choose, a property address and notes. You confirm that the information is yours and is accurate. You agree that we may contact you about your property by phone, text message or email, using the details you gave us. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time: reply STOP to a text, or reply to any email or call and tell us. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics and logos, belong to Kleer Stays or its licensors. "Kleer Stays" and the associated logos are trademarks of Kleer Stays or its affiliates. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or resell Site content without our written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for an unlawful purpose; send false or misleading information; interfere with the Site or try to get unauthorized access; use bots or scrapers on the Site; upload malicious code; or impersonate any person. We may block access for violations.

Our total liability arising from use of the Site does not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Kleer Stays is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is not enforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about use of the Site.
