Craig Rashkow
Founding CEO
Craig has spent half of his 20+ year career building and running short-term rental businesses at scale. He joined Sonder in its early years and, as part of the senior leadership team, helped grow the company to thousands of units across three continents. He went on to serve as President of Roofstock's Short-Term Rental Business Unit, operating 1,200 homes nationwide.
Craig builds high-performing short-term rental teams that put modern technology to work for owners and guests alike. Today he leads Kleer Stays as its Founding CEO, bringing that experience to every home and owner Kleer works with.
Isabelle Pfitzer
Operations and GX Lead
Isabelle brings a background in both real estate and short-term rental operations to Kleer Stays. She began her career as a licensed real estate agent in Missouri before moving into the STR industry, where she ran and managed a portfolio of 40 properties.
At Kleer Stays, Isabelle leads operations and guest experience, overseeing day-to-day operations and every guest conversation so each home stays guest ready and each stay runs smoothly.
Vania White
Head of Finance
Vania moved from the UK to Utah with her family five years ago and has worked in real estate ever since. After earning her Utah real estate license, she discovered a love for real estate investing, and today she owns a growing portfolio of long-term rentals across the state.
At Kleer Stays, Vania pairs a background in mathematics with an investor’s eye, leading owner reporting, budgeting and financial operations so every owner has a clear view of how their home is performing.
Alex Day
Co-Founder
Alex is a Seattle-based entrepreneur and investor who backs high-growth companies and real estate operators. He founded Modus, a tech-enabled title insurance company acquired by Compass in 2020, and in 2023 built the capital and fundraising strategy for a private equity fund at Alchemy Real Estate.
He co-founded Kleer Circle and Kleer Stays.
Logan West
Co-Founder
Logan is a short-term rental operator who has personally launched more than 40 STRs through West Properties, generating over $5M in annual Airbnb revenue. He has also helped students launch more than 1,000 STRs.
He co-founded Kleer Circle and Kleer Stays, and lives in Alpine, Utah with his wife and three kids.
Grant Walker
Co-Founder
Grant is an STR operator and investor with 11 properties across 6 states and more than $1.5M in annual revenue. Over the past three years he has advised more than 600 high-income professionals on STR projects in 42 states.
He co-founded Kleer Circle and Kleer Stays, and lives in Alpine, Utah with his wife and daughter.
